Reclining on the chaise – she let out a long sigh.
A sigh from the core of her being. With that sigh, there coalescing from the dust, a collection of stars, planets, and natural satellites.
Deeply inhaling, she sighed again and mountains raised, rivers flowed, lakes and oceans formed. Meadows and forests grew, and clouds rained down.
Again, this time a shuttering sigh, and the places were populated with all sorts of creatures. From the single-celled to the complex animals in sea, lake, or land.
She then slept for an eon, to wait for the result.
